Education  RSVP members have the use of Barbara's Computer Lab. The lab contains up-to-date computer hardware and software and has high speed Internet access. Those RSVP members new to computers may request (in advance) assistance from volunteer proctors. Information about community education events are made available to RSVP members through email alerts and/or the WestArk RSVP Newsletter. Training for new RSVP members is the responsibility of the organization with whom they volunteer. RSVP members who choose to volunteer with the RSVP Community Outreach receive training in the following areas: 1. Tax preparation:
